Data collected on this website

The contact form collects your name, email, phone number, the reason for your enquiry and your message. The sign-up form collects your full name, email, WhatsApp number, the service you are signing up for and, optionally, a comment and, for Performance only, the player's name; if the player is under 14, the form must be filled in by their parent or guardian. To send either form, you must accept this privacy policy. When you send them by email, the data reaches Focus Elite's mailbox (info@focuselite.es), and you will receive an automatic email confirming that we have received it. Sign-ups are received directly in that mailbox: they do not go through third-party forms or services. To prevent automated submissions (spam), the server uses your IP address temporarily, in memory only, to limit the number of submissions; this website does not store it in any database.

The contact form on online.focuselite.es collects the same data as the one on this website. Its admission questionnaires for the online training service collect, in addition to your contact details, health data, only with your express consent: to send them, you must tick a specific box as well as accepting this privacy policy. This data is used only to assess your application, decide whether the monthly plan is suitable or whether a consultation is needed first, and contact you; it is not used for any other purpose or disclosed to third parties. The form is sent from online.focuselite.es through the focuselite.es contact API, which forwards it by email to info@focuselite.es, with the same spam limits described above. The confirmation email you receive does not include anything you wrote. If the person applying for the service is under 14, the form must be filled in by their parent or guardian. Language preference

When you choose a language, the website stores only the language code (es, ca, en or ru) in your browser so it does not ask again. More details in the Cookie policy.

External services

WhatsApp and Instagram are external services: if you contact Focus Elite through them, the data you share is also processed by those services under their own policies. If you choose “Send by WhatsApp” in the sign-up form, the website sends nothing to its server: it only opens WhatsApp with the message already written, and you send it yourself from your own account. From then on, that message is processed by WhatsApp under its own policy.

Purposes of processing

To handle and reply to the enquiries you send through the contact form and to send you an automatic email confirming receipt. To manage the sign-up requests you send through this website's sign-up form (by email or WhatsApp) and, when you send it by email, to send you an automatic email confirming receipt. To assess the admission applications for the online training service that you send from online.focuselite.es, including the health data in the questionnaire, in order to decide whether the monthly plan is suitable or whether a consultation is needed first, and to contact you. Your data is not used to send you advertising or to build profiles.

Legal basis

Your consent, given by ticking the acceptance box before sending the form (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Health data from the online.focuselite.es questionnaires is also processed on the basis of your explicit consent, given by ticking their specific box (Article 9(2)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@focuselite.es, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. The temporary use of your IP address to limit automated submissions is based on the legitimate interest in protecting the form against spam (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Recipients

Your data, including health data from the online.focuselite.es questionnaires, is not disclosed to third parties, except where required by law. Hostinger, which provides Focus Elite with web hosting and email services, has access to it as a data processor, solely to provide that service and with the safeguards required by the GDPR.

Retention period

Form data, including the online.focuselite.es questionnaires, is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, sign-up request or admission application and, once it is resolved, for a maximum of 12 months, unless the enquiry leads to a relationship with Focus Elite (for example, a sign-up or joining the online service); in that case it is kept for as long as that relationship lasts and then for the periods required by law. After that, it is deleted. The IP address used against spam is only held in memory, hashed, and is deleted within 24 hours at most.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time, and withdraw your consent, by writing to info@focuselite.es or by post to Riera de Targa, 47, 08339 Vilassar de Dalt (Barcelona), stating the right you are exercising. If you believe that the processing of your data does not comply with the law, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).

Additional information

This policy is published in Spanish, Catalan, English and Russian; in the event of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails. Focus Elite may update it to reflect legal changes or changes to the website; the version in force is always the one published on this page.
